All calculators, mathematical projections, tax estimates, and articles provided on CalcuTools are for informational and educational purposes only. The results generated by our calculators are estimates based on standard compounding and standard formulas. They do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
While we strive to keep our baseline parameters (such as EPF, PPF, and SSY interest rates) updated with the latest Ministry of Finance guidelines, market dynamics change rapidly. Mutual fund returns (SIP/Lumpsum) are subject to extreme market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always verify current interest rates and tax slabs with your bank or a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) before making any financial commitment.
Under no circumstances shall CalcuTools, its developers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses, damages, or tax penalties resulting from the use of our calculators or reliance on the information provided on this website.
Our website may contain links to external banking or brokerage platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or financial products offered by these third-party websites.
Our financial calculators use standardised formulas commonly accepted in Indian financial planning. Specifically: SIP and lumpsum return projections use the standard future value of annuity formula with monthly compounding. Tax calculations apply the Income Tax Act slabs, rebates, and cess rates as notified for the current financial year. Post Office scheme rates (PPF, SCSS, NSC, SSY, POMIS etc.) are updated based on quarterly notifications from the Ministry of Finance but may not reflect changes implemented after the last update. Home loan EMI calculations use the standard reducing-balance formula. Employers' EPF calculations use the current EPFO-mandated rates. All calculations assume inputs provided by the user are accurate and complete.
CalcuTools India may earn a commission when users click on certain links and complete applications for financial products such as savings accounts, demat accounts, credit cards, or personal loans via partner platforms including Gromo, Upstox, and others. This compensation helps us maintain and expand our free calculator platform. Affiliate relationships do not influence the accuracy or objectivity of our calculator results or editorial content. We only link to financial products we believe may be genuinely useful to our users.
CalcuTools India does not collect, store, or transmit any financial data entered into our calculators. All calculator computations happen entirely in your browser (client-side JavaScript) and no input data is sent to our servers.
